Part 2 of season 2 is coming this Summer 2025 (July 2025) as announced yesterday. It's pretty crazy because the scale of the events are really monumental in the next events. But yeah, even in the manga, it was a battle of attrition and they all even had to wait years to overcome one of the ultimate moves of their enemy (Suika to the rescue)
find you a brother/man like stanley
who is gonna travel across the entire globe to retrive you
reiwa weebs will unironically tell u they want a remake or sequel but when they get it ,its suddenly souless and a cashgrab cause they dont like the thing anymore and cant fathom they grew out of it and must mean the show somehow became bad
This ending was a bit sudden. I feel like they could've reached a similar outcome without ditching half of their crew. Oh well, regardless, I had a lot of fun watching this season. Now we'll have to wait a season for this to come back in the summer. I look forward to it.
"Like rowing a boat, we enter the future backwards. All we see are scenes of the past, and no one can control the views of tomorrow" - Wit Studio
So now they're going to South America, that's cool. I didn't remember that the epicenter was there. I don't believe it's new information. I wonder what they are going to do there. I guess we are going to have to wait for the new season to find out.
I'm pretty sure Tsukasa can take down Stanely in a one on one fight so I don't get it but I get Senku wanting to cooperate, either way I'm glad we're making to South America at last, been waiting for YEARS!!!
Another cheesy and childish conclusion for Dr. Stone, just like with Tsukasa after the Stone Wars.
In no universe would anyone surrender to a small group of people with nothing but a small speed boat to keep a single hostage safe in exchange for freeing all their people and allowing them to free a million more people. They even gave up the revival fuel recipe ingredients for nothing! Ridiculous anime logic. To top it off, they have to keep some suspense and conflict for the next cour by letting Stanley run wild chasing after them despite this "ceasefire".
What happens when a speedboat with no sails runs out of fuel? You capture them and win the entire conflict. Even if Xeno is the main scientist it is clear that at least Brody is smart enough to lead their group in his stead with their existing technology, especially now that they know the ingredients to revive other people.
We also got another reminder about how badly botched any language barriers were implemented in this season too.
Given this ridiculous ending my expectations for the next cour being better are significantly lower now.
Hopefully, once this arc is done, the last arc for going to space and confronting Why-man will be better executed than this arc.
That was a sweet ride. Maybe the best Dr Stone season imo. That cliffhanger though.
On a side note, since MAL disabled comments on voice actress pages, I love Luna's CV. She played it perfectly. I hope she gets more role in the future. I hope Luna too gets more screen time.
Is it just me or this episode felt extremely rushed?
Are they really only gonna run from Stanley? That's lame as fuck.
Well, whatever... see you all in July!
Sorry if my english is bad (っ˘▽˘)っ~~~
Btw, cry about it.
Dr. Stone was very interesting to watch, the series started off very slowly and gradually improved, although this is the last season, there is still a long way to go before they finish everything (I haven't read the manga, but I believe it will take a while to finish everything).
But in short, it was fun and I'm looking forward to the next part. Rating 8/10.
Part 1 done! Another great season, as always, introducing this season’s antagonist—Dr. Xeno, the very guy who inspired Senku. Lots of big twists and amazing plot moments, really showing that both sides were evenly matched. The group split up, and now they’re heading to Brazil lol. Can’t wait for the continuation, probably in July. They adapted up to chapter 169. Solid 9/10!
How awkward would it be if stanely didn't even chase them lol.
Behold of my awesomeness~
controversial and/or sensitive topics likely devolve into the same repetitive, derogatory, abusive, and harassing comments can no longer be posted.
But my feels.
Brilliant conclusion to the season; personally I don’t blame the writer for having only a small fraction of the characters become the focus come the next arc- it was probably a lot to keep track of until now.
Guess we gotta wait until summer to see the next part unfold; looking forward to it
Wow, that's unexpected when Senku tell them a recipe to unstone people. They also make a separate team in order to survive on their own. Can't wait to see the next season!

Man I got so many chills in this episode bro form Chrome getting recognized by Xeno for his scientific knowledge and Senku and Xeno finally meeting after thousands of years gave me so much goosebumps man this was such a great finale to this season🥹🔥🔥🔥
I was so sad seeing them leave Yuzuriha Minami, Ginro, Kinro and Nikki man I forgot this was the part in the manga where there was just too many characters so the author had to limit the amount of screen time for the other characters and focus on Senku and the mission to go to the moon😭
Anyway this was such a great season man I can’t wait for July when part 2 comes out, the whole Why Man plot is gonna be so cool to see animated🔥🔥🔥🔥
